摘要思政课教师是上好思政课的关键,影响思政课育人效果。中小学阶段是中小学生身心发展关键期,该时期他们容易受到不良因素诱导,需要通过思政课加强对中小学生思想发展有效引导,促进他们成人成才。农村中小学留守儿童占比重较大,仅靠祖代教育,弊端颇大,这种现象容易对农村中小学生性格的塑造和思想品德的形成产生不利影响。种种问题都需要中小学思政课教师以思政课为依托,对在校学生进行思想引导,所以建设一支农村中小学思政课教师队伍是显得尤为重要。文章以农村中小学思政课教师为研究对象,就农村中小学思政课思政课教师队伍建设进行研究,文章共有三部分:一,加强农村中小学思政课教师队伍建设的重要意义:二,当前农村中小学思政课教师队伍建设存在的问题及归因分析:三,加强农村中小学思政课教师队伍建设的对策思考。文章重点在揭示农村中小学思政课教师队伍建设过程中存在的问题,在此基础上力图找到较好解决策略,力求建设一支有能力、有素质的农村中小学思政课教师队伍。关键词:农村中小学;思政课;教师队伍建设:TITLEAbstract:Ideological and political teachers are the key to good ideological andpolitical courses,which affects the effect of ideological and political education.Thestage of primary and middle schools is the critical period for the physical and mentaldevelopment of primary and middle school students.During this period,they are easyto be induced by adverse factors,so it is necessary to strengthen the effective guidanceof the ideological development of primary and middle school students throughideological and political courses to promote their adult success.Left-behind children inrural primary and secondary schools account for a large proportion,and only rely onancestral education,which has great disadvantages.This phenomenon is easy to have anegative impact on the shaping of rural primary and secondary school students'character and the formation of ideological and moral character.All kinds of problemsneed ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools to rely onideological and political courses,ideological guidance for students,so it is particularlyimportant to build a team of ideological and political teachers in rural primary andsecondary schools.This paper discusses the construction of ideological and political teachers in theprimary and secondary schools in rural areas.The paper focuses on revealing theproblems existing in the construction of ideological and political teachers in ruralprimary and secondary schools,and tries to find a better solution strategy on this basis,and strives to build a capable and quality of ideological and political teachers in ruralprimary and secondary schools.Keywords Rural primary and secondary schools,Ideological and politicalcourses,The construction of teachers,引言在乡村振兴的背景下,农村各类事业都呈现出蓬勃发展的状态,教育行业更是发展迅速,教育行业的发展会对乡村的有效治理提供人才支持,同时在乡村振兴的背景下,城乡之间的教育问题也会逐渐趋于公平。思政课是落实立德树人的关键课程,由于农村地区相对落后,很多家庭对孩子缺乏教育,所以学校方面对孩子成长过程中的教育与正确世界观、人生观、价值观的引导尤为重要。一支数量充足、业务精湛的中小学思政教师是上好中小学思政课的重要前提,基于农村多方因素的影响,农村中小学思政课教师存在数量不足,教学质量不高的问题,甚至在有些地区,思政教师大多由其他学科教师兼任。因此,关于农村小学思政教师的队伍建设便具有了现实紧迫性和必要性。Ⅲ
