小学生数学问题解决能力培养现状及策略研究摘要：在我国数学教育研究领域，数学问题解决不断受到专家学者的关注。实践也在不断证明，当前我国小学生确实存在数学问题解决能力薄弱，缺乏问题意识和创新意识的问题，教师对其的培养也未做到尽善尽美。随着新课程改革的不断推进，我国中小学教育改革已经进入了一个新的阶段。在小学的数学课上，有效地解决问题始终是教学的重中之重，教师应该高度重视学生的实际能力和思考探索能力，这是提高学生解决问题能力的不可避免的有效方法。但是，由于在小学数学教育的实际过程中需要解决的问题很多。因此，学生的数学学习能力的不同导致学生们的数学学习效果有所不同。造成这种现象的原因大致有三个：一是教师这一相关方面因素的影响：二是学校教学管理方面的影响：三是学生个人的数学学习积极性等因素的影响。因此，数学教师应该以此为基础，以数学教学过程中存在的问题为基础，提出相应的改善及解决策略，以提升学生解决问题的能力。本文以相关实践和文献研究为基础，通过分析小学数学解决问题的现状，以此提出帮助学生更好地解决数学问题的策略，提升学生的数学学习效果。关键词：小学数学：数学问题解决；能力培养；现状及策略Research on the current situation and strategy of primary schoolstudents'mathematical problem solving ability cultivationAbstract:In the field of mathematics education research in China.mathematicsproblem solving has constantly attracted the attention of experts and scholars.Practicehas also proved that the current Chinese primary school students do have weakmathematical problem solving ability,lack of problem consciousness and innovationconsciousness,and teachers have not achieved their training.With the continuousadvancement of the new curriculum reform,the reform of primary and secondaryschool education in China has entered a new stage.In the mathematics class ofprimary school,problem solving effectively is always the top priority in teaching.Teachers should attach great importance to students 'practical ability and thinking andexploration ability,which is an inevitable and effective way to improve students'ability to solve problems.However,there are many problems that need to be solved inthe actual process of primary school mathematics education.Therefore,the differenceof students 'math learning ability leads to the difference of students'math learningeffect.There are three reasons for this phenomenon:the influence of teachers,theinfluence of school teaching management,and the influence of students'motivationand other factors.Therefore,mathematics teachers should be based on this,based onthe problems existing in the process of mathematics teaching,put forward thecorresponding improvement and solution strategies,in order to improve the students'ability to solve problems.Based on relevant practice and literature research,this paperanalyzes the current situation of problem solving in primary school mathematics,andputs forward strategies to help students solve mathematical problems better andimprove students'mathematics learning effect.Key words:Primary school mathematics;mathematics problem solving;abilitytraining;current situation and strategy一、绪论伴随着社会的进步发展，大家更加高度重视解决问题和创新性的能力。在研究领域，世界各国都完成了课堂教学改革，在其中“问题解决”在基本纲领文档中被视作教育行业的关键侧重点。自1980年至今，很多国际教育机构大会都把问题解决作为一个专题讲座来探讨。由此可见，纵览全球，学生的答题能力是学生综合性能力发展趋势不可缺少的重要，是一个不可忽视的全球。全新的《义务教育数学课程标准(2011年版)》（下称《课程标准》）规定学生“感受专业知识与其它课程、日常生活的联络，用思维模式思索，提高发现问题、提问问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力”。在《课程标准》中，问题解决也变成教学目标的关键构成部分。从几回改动的历程中可以看得出，“解决问题”这个词围绕每个一部分，一度变成不可忽视的关键定义之一。根据科学研究还可以看得出，对学生的答题能力和自主创新能力的标准是不会改变的，所包含的主要内容也慢慢清楚。因而，融合新课改的目标科学研究这一课题研究具备实际意义。教育科学研究应当为文化教育实践活动服务。由于笔者的技术专业与兴趣爱好，笔者对一线课堂教学的实践活动有一些观查。笔者发觉，一般小学生在问题解决能力的塑造上还具有好多问题。非常少有教学设计和更改来处理这种问题，一
