北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Research on financial management of enterprises -a case study ofTencentAbstractThe financial management of an enterprise is the foundation of enterprise management and isthe pivot of internal management.The shift in the management of enterprises from production-oriented management to financial management is a social advance.Financial management isthe bridge between the business and external interactions.Corporate management is centeredon financial management and financial management is centered on money management,whichis a fundamental shift in perception.Stronger financial management can identify the root causesofa company's problems and come up with ways to solve them.For enterprise groups,the long-term development and the increase of economic business makes financial managementparticularly important,China's traditional enterprise financial management has many loopholes,which is very detrimental to the healthy operation of enterprises and the sustainabledevelopment of the economy,so it is necessary to continuously improve the financialmanagement system.In this paper,a literature review ofthe relevant theoretical research resultson financial management at home and abroad is conducted to show the significance of financialmanagement to enterprises.Then,from the perspective of financial management,we will takeTencent Group as the research object,and at the same time,we will conduct research andanalysis on the cases of financial management of domestic and foreign enterprise groups,andfurther argue the problems of financial management through the combination of theory andpractical cases.By calculating and analyzing the annual financial statements of Tencent Groupfor 2014-2018 and its related public information,and comparing various indicators,it is foundthat Tencent Group's financial position is relatively good,in a period ofcorporate maturity,andis gradually becoming an excellent state.Keywords:Corporate Financial Management,Tencent,Case Studies,Issues andCountermeasures
