本科论文AbstractChina's economic and trade enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competitionenvironment.At this time,China's economic and trade enterprises are required to improvetheir management skills.The scientific improvement of period cost management abilitymanagement is an essential work.If we can do a good job of period cost management abilitymanagement,it will greatly improve the quality and efficiency of China's economic and tradeenterprises'operation and management,and improve the operation efficiency Benefit.Studythree and economic and trade company for the period of cost control theory and case analysisconducted in-depth analysis,and combined with three and economic and trade company'sbasic financial data and financial system analysis period of cost issues.The research showsthat the problems of Sanhe economic and trade company's expenses during the period aremainly reflected in the imperfection of relevant budget,system,supervision andreimbursement process,which is due to the imperfection of relevant budget system,systemconstruction,internal control and process construction.Therefore,the study holds that Sanheeconomic and trade company should strengthen the construction of relevant systems,whichshould be:establish a perfect authorization review and approval system,establish the expenseforecast and quota standards during the period,standardize the implementation of the expensebudget during the period,strengthen the risk assessment,monitoring and management duringthe period,and regulate the review and verification of the expense reimbursement,so as tofacilitate the completion of Sanhe economic and trade company's expense management duringthe period Goodness.Key words:Sanhe economic and trade company;period expenses;comprehensive budget
