企业集团财务预警研究——以格力集团为例

北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Researchon Financial Early Warningof Enterprise Groups-Taking Gree Group as an ExampleAbstractEnterprise groups are faced with complex internal and external political andeconomic environment.Bankruptcy cases occur frequently not only in our country,but also in the world.Financial Crisis will affect the stable development of enterprisegroups.The perfect financial early-warning system can diagnose,monitor and alarmthe potential financial crisis,strengthen the ability of preventing and dealing with thecrisis,and promote the development of the group.This paper tries to establish a"two-stage"financial early-warning model by studying the financial crisis ofenterprise groups,which can provide theoretical and practical support for the groupfinancial crisis early-warning in China.The uncertainty is the characteristic offinancial crisis,but the traditional early-warning method has the limitation,it isdifficult to forecast the financial crisis accurately.This paper uses the "two-stage"financial early-warning model to carry on the empirical research to Gree's financialcrisis early-warning,and proposes the prevention and control measures of thefinancial crisis of Enterprise Group.The main research results include the following:Firstly,the formation of the Enterprise Group theoretical research.This papersums up and summarizes the cause of formation of enterprise group.This paperexpounds the future trend of enterprise group financial management,that is,thecombination of big data and enterprise group financial management.Secondly,this paper studies the causes of the Financial Crisis of the EnterpriseGroup and the causes of the financial crisis of the Enterprise Group.It provides theresearch mentality and the theory basis for it to work out the financial crisispre-control countermeasure.This paper analyzes the conduction mechanism offinancial risk and puts forward measures to control financial risk.Third,research on financial crisis early-warning model of Enterprise Group.Combining long-term and short-term warning,the paper establishes the characteristic
