非营利组织财务管理存在的问题及对策研究

本科论文AbstractWith the continuous change and development of the world structure,social organizationsare becoming more and more diversified.Profit organizations and non-profit organizationscoexist,and the number of non-profit organizations is increasing,accounting for the vastmajority of social organizations,but with the continuous development of the process willexpose some problems.Comparatively speaking,the non-profit organizations in our countrycover a wide area and help the government to bear part of the social responsibilities in sociallife.We all know that the non-profit organizations will not have profits,and they will providesome services free of charge,so the non-profit organizations themselves will have specialplaces,which also results in their characteristics of free and public welfare.Based on avariety of research methods and literature for reference,this paper analyzes the problemsexisting in the financial management of non-profit organizations in combination with theproblems existing in the financial management of non-profit organizations in China as themain point,and puts forward solutions to these main problems,so as to solve the currentsituation of non-profit organizations in China,and promote non-profit organizations in thedevelopment of society to constantly update and constantly To improve itself and promotesocial development.Key words:non-profit organization;financial management;problems;Countermeasures
