北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Research on the protection of consumers'rights and interests in privateinternational lawAbstractToday,with the ever closer international trade relations and the inestimable volume ofglobal market transactions,China is in the crucial stage of building "Belt and Road"anddeepening reform and opening up.With more and more people's consumption,they are gettinginto the international market,this has led to many foreign-related consumer contract disputes andforeign-related product liability disputes.Compared with business operators,consumers aremore obvious violations of the phenomenon.Therefore,it needs perfect laws and regulations toprotect it.There are some defects in the applicable norms of the consumer rights protection inour country's private international law,which leads to the consumer protection in social life cannot be more adequate protection.This paper mainly discusses from four parts,hoped that can establish the more perfectprotection mechanism in the protection consumer aspect.The first part mainly expounds thetheoretical basis of the consumer protection concerning foreign affairs.The second part discussesthe basic problems of the contract of consumers concerning foreign affairs and the liability ofproducts concerning foreign affairs,and analyzes the main rules of the protection of consumers'rights and interests in the world.The third part summarizes the deficiency of the consumerprotection in our country's private international law.The fourth part draws lessons from theadvantage of foreign legislation in the consumer protection,and puts forward the main rules ofconsummating the consumer protection in private international law.Keywords:Consumer protection;Private international law,Foreign-related consumer contract;Foreign-related product liability
