The Leading Responsibility of the Prosecutor in the TrialAbstractProcuratorial organs play a leading role in criminal proceedings,especially in the leniency systemof pleading guilty and punishment,in which prosecutors bear the leading responsibility.The leadingrole of the procuratoria organ is determined by the Constitution's provisions on the nature of theprocuratorial organ and the structure of criminal proceedings.It is also the result of the role orientationof the procuratorial power and prosecutors in the world.The leading role of the procuratorial organ hasbeen highlighted in the judicial system reform and procuratorial reform.If prosecutors want to fulfillthe leading responsibility,they should take on the responsibilities of the prosecutor of criminalcrime,the guardian of fairness and justice,and the leader of social fashion.Key Words:Prosecutor leading responsibility;Leniency in pleading guilty;Leadingresponsibility
