ABSTRACTThe family is the constituent cell of the society,and the state and the family are thecommunity.Family is an important living environment for everyone.As a global publichazard,domestic violence exists in every country.Domestic violence is a kind of violencewithin the family,which is destroying marriage and family,infringing the legitimate rightsand interests of vulnerable groups such as women,children and the elderly,and harmful tothe family and society.Domestic violence not only causes harm and threat to the physicaland mental health of every family member,but also seriously destroys the harmony andstability of the family.This violates the development requirements of building a socialistharmonious society,and has aroused widespread concern of the whole society.Keywords:Family Violence;Marriage law;Prevention,suppression and punishment
