毕业设计（论文）外文摘要TitleProtection and Regulation of Freedom of Speech on theInternetAbstractFreedom of speech on the Internet is one of the expression forms of freedomof speech in the era of Internet,and it is a new form of freedom of speechsupported by Internet technology.The freedom of speech on the Internetitself highlights the value of human rights,but its abuse also harms otherrights and public interests.From the beginning,freedom of speech was notan absolute freedom,but a relative freedom,it is a freedom regulated bylaw.In real life,violations and abuses of freedom of speech on theInternet occur frequently,so we should regulate it properly whileprotecting.However,there are still shortcomings in this aspect in China.such as low level of legislation and defects of content,incompletesupporting implementation mechanism and lack of self-disciplineconsciousness in both the Internet industry and the public.Under theguidance of a series of principles,we should improve legislation,perfectthe supporting implementation system,strengthen self-discipline in theindustry,and improve the quality of netizens.We should start frommultiple steps to make up for the existing deficiencies and protect thehealthy development of freedom of speech on the Internet.Keywords:Freedom of Speech on the Internet Legal Protection Regulation
