AbstractAfter the gradual popularization of quality-oriented education,the importance ofintegrating the history of mathematics into the teaching of mathematics has beenconstantly improved,and people have begun to recognize the teaching role of thehistory of mathematics,but it is not easy to integrate the history of mathematics intothe teaching practice of mathematics,and many teachers cannot really apply thehistory of mathematics in the teaching of mathematics.Therefore,it is particularlyimportant to integrate the mathematical history of probability and statistics with itsteaching content.This paper will start from the relevant principles of integrating thehistory of mathematics into the teaching practice of mathematics,and explore theintegration of the history of mathematics on the basis of the knowledge of probabilityand statistics in high school.Key words:probability and statistics teaching;Mathematical history;Teaching casedesign;Teaching research
