AbstractAs an important part of reverse thinking,counterexample plays an indispensablerole in mathematics.When we want to prove some definitions and theorems,teachersshould use counterexamples appropriately to teach and cultivate students'reversethinking;in the process of learning,students can not only learn more about newknowledge,improve the efficiency of problem-making,but also improve students'interest in mathematics learning,but also help to cultivate students'ability of reversethinking.The author found that teachers in the process of teaching mathematics in the firstexperimental school in the banana city basically do not use counter-example thinkingto teach,so that students use counterexamples to solve problems is very poor.Throughhis own internship experience,in this paper will be from the teacher's point ofview,the student's point of view,the student's point of view,the knowledgecharacteristics of the perspective and the current education angle of these four anglesto summarize,and then give the current counter-example in middle schoolmathematics application,and from the internship to the students feedback toorganize,so as to put forward the corresponding teaching recommendations.Keywords:counterexample,mathematics teaching in middleschool,counterexample application
