AbstractInner Mongolia as China's major grain production,processing and export areas,promotingthe Scale Management of Grain Production in Inner Mongolia,expanding grain export trade inInner Mongolia,it is provide material basis for ensuring food security and increasing fammers'income in Inner Mongolia.Inner Mongolia's grain has a good production base and broad prospectsfor export trade development.By 2018,Inner Mongolia's grain output will achieve "Fourteenconsecutive peaks",but there are still many problems in grain export trade.After joining the WTO,the international market environment has impacted and affected the grain export trade of InnerMongolia to a certain extent.At the same time,confronting the continual intricate domestic andinternational market environment,Inner Mongolia's grain export trade is faced with trade barriers,frictions and trade protection,disorderly competition in the industry,and Lack of internationallyaccepted figure of merit,many problems such as unreasonable export structure of grain products.Therefore,to speed up the development of grain export trade in Inner Mongolia.On the basis ofrecognizing the current situation of the development of grain export trade in Inner Mongolia andthe existing problems in grain export trade.A Brief Analysis of the Development Status of GrainProduction,Export Trade Market and Export Situation in Inner Mongolia,we will vigorouslypromote the large-scale operation of grain production,perfecting the Compensation Mechanismfor the Interests of the Big Yield Counties,strictly improve the quality of grain production andrationally adjust the export structure of grain products,establishing international marketingstrategy is the key to developing grain export trade and increasing farmers'income in InnerMongolia.Key Words:Inner Mongolia:Food export:CountermeasuresⅡ
