Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Implementation ofLogistics Outsourcing in OPPO EnterprisesABSTRACT Nowadays,with the integration of the world economy,more and moretraditional enterprises have joined the e-commerce industry,but the restriction of logisticsfactors is also an important factor affecting e-commerce.Therefore,taking OPPOenterprises as an example,this paper first analyzes the logistics outsourcing situation ofOPPO enterprises,and then constructs a theoretical model of influencing factors toexplore the relationship between information influencing factors,logistics controllingfactors and customer influencing factors and logistics outsourcing.Finally,based on theempirical results,it analyzes the problems existing in the logistics outsourcing of OPPOenterprises,and puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.KEY WORDS OPPO enterprises;Electronic Commerce;Logistics outsourcing;Influencing factors;Countermeasure
