北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design of a biodiesel factory with annual production of 8000 tons ofslops oilAbstractAs a kind of artificial treatment of restaurant waste cooking oil,slops oil contains manytoxic substances and is prohibited to be used in the food industry,but its own has great energyvalue.This design is based on hogwash oil as raw material with annual output of 8000 tons ofbiodiesel factory design.By comparing various design processes in recent years,I finallyadopted the improved acid-base two-step method to make slops oil into biodiesel,and theproportion of alcohol oil in the transesterification project was 6:1.The design includesmaterial balance,energy balance,and the design of the main production equipment andauxiliary production equipment selection.This design also carries on the conception and thedesign to the factory building address choice,the factory layout plan as well as the workshopplane layout.Key words:biodiesel;Process design;Material balance;Workshop layout
