AbstractBioethanol is a new type of clean energy with sustainable development.It can beused as the oxygenator and blending agent of gasoline.When it is mixed withgasoline,it can effectively improve the combustion level of gasoline and harm thesocial environment.In this design,sugarcane is used as raw material to design a plantwith an annual output of 100000 tons of bioethanol.Through design,analysis andcalculation,complete the process flow,equipment selection,plant design and othercontents.The technological process adopted in this design is:single concentrationmolasses continuous fermentation,double tower differential pressure distillation,adsorption distillation,molecular sieve dehydration,etc.The factory is located inNanning City,Guangxi Province,which has sufficient raw materials.The mainworkshop distribution of this design includes:power workshop,production workshop,auxiliary workshop,warehouse and public equipment.Environmental protectiontreatment is designed for the pollution produced in the production process of thefactory.Key words:Bioethanol;Fermentation;Molasses;Environmental Protection
