北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本料生毕业设计Design and implementation of automatic ultrasonic testing systemfor disc water immersionAbstractFive kinds of conventional ultrasonic nondestructive testing techniques have been widelyused in various fields,and disk testing is one of the most widely used parts.In this paper,according to the research and development of automatic plate immersion ultrasonic testingsystem at home and abroad,the current situation of ultrasonic testing plate immersion liquid,combined with the principle of ultrasonic testing,a group of automatic plate immersionultrasonic testing system design.According to the designed detection system,the hardware suitable for the system,suchas probe,stepping motor,driver,flaw detection card and myrio-1900 controller,is selected,and the system control program is compiled by combining with the graphical programmingsoftware LabVIEW.The detection system designed can realize the flexible control of thethree-axis scanning device,the acquisition of ultrasonic echo signal and the formation ofwaveform.Key words:Key words:water immersion ultrasonic testing;LabVIEW;automatictesting system;disk
