北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production process design for lithium battery of 50,000 lenovoThinkPad e590AbstractThis graduation design is for lenovo ThinkPad e590 lithium battery production processdesign,and the design of the production target is 50,000 lithium batteries per day.Theapplication object of this design is a light and thin notebook,so it is known that the battery ofthis design should be a relatively small one in terms of both quality and volume to meet therequirements of this production design.Combined with the actual situation and other light andthin notebook battery design,it can be basically determined that the process design battery is apolymer lithium ion battery.In addition,this paper mainly includes the determination of thespecific type of lithium battery,the selection of various battery materials,the preparation of thebattery process,the corresponding process specifications,the design and calculation ofproduction equipment,the design and calculation of process flow,etc.,as well as the treatmentof three wastes.Keywords:Light notebook;Polymer batteries;Soft pack battery;Process flow oflithium electric manufacturing
