北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production Process and Workshop Design of Lithium Iron PhosphateAnode Material with 8000 Tons Annual ProductionAbstractThis design is Production Process and Workshop Design of Lithium Iron PhosphateAnode Material with 8000 Tons Annual Production.The first half briefly introduced theperformance,production status,development prospects,and existing problems of lithium ironphosphate cathode materials,and introduced the current commonly used preparation ofphosphoric acid.The iron-lithium process method finally selects the high-temperaturesolid-phase method for process production.In the design,lithium carbonate,ferrous oxalate,and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate were used as raw materials,and absolute ethanol wasused as the dispersant for technological production.In this design process,according to the requirements of the mission statement,a moredetailed material balance calculation,heat balance calculation,reactor design calculation andpreliminary selection of other equipment were carried out.After obtaining specific data,theworkshop was laid out.At the same time,the safety issues in the production process oflithium iron phosphate and the "three waste treatment"were explained.The relevant designdrawings were drawn,including:process flow chart,main equipment drawing,plantequipment layout drawing.Keywords:Lithium iron phosphate;High temperature solid phase method;Material balance;Energy balance;Process design
