北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Production process design of lithium battery for 100000 mobile phonesper dayAbstractIn this design,the PL1455120 mobile phone lithium-ion battery is selected for design,inwhich the positive active material is lithium cobaltic acid,the negative active material iscarbon microsphere (MCMB),and the battery electrolyte is PVDF-HFP (polyvinylidenefluoride hexafluoropropylene),which is coated on the membrane to make microporousmembrane.We have made a brief description of the technological process of lithium-ionbatteries for PL1455120 mobile phones;at the same time,we have also referred to manydocuments and calculated the various size parameters ofthe batteries we designed;andcalculated the cost of 100000 PL1455120 mobile phone lithium-ion batteries per day throughmaterial balance and cost accounting,as well as the layout of the battery production workshopand the three wastes treatment in the battery production process.Key words:Lithium ion battery;Lithium cobaltite;Mesophase carbon microsphere;Dimension parameter川
