AbstractStraw,cotton batting,talcum powder,diatomite,nanometer titanium dioxide,sodium dehydroacetate,phosphor,tea powder,deionized water,etc.were used as themain raw materials for wall coat preparation,among which diatomite material was thefunctional packing and nanometer titanium dioxide loaded with diatomite was thephotocatalytic material.The contents of harmful substances in wall clothing werediscussed and the purification rate and the durability of formaldehyde in indoor airwere simulated.The results showed that the content of volatile organic compounds inthe wall coating was qualified.Under standard conditions,the dosage of nano titaniumdioxide is about 4%.When the saturation experiment lasted for 15 days,the lastingpurification rate of the wall coat was still more than 70%,which can prove that thewall coat has a very good lasting purification ability.Through the test to understandthe environmental protection of wall clothing,the production of both in line with thepublic aesthetic needs,practical and affordable,quality and safety of wall clothingproducts,and promote the research process of the architectural coating industry.Key words:Wall garment;Nano titanium dioxide;Formaldehyde;Purification
