北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计The production process design of 200,000 sets of lithiumbatteries for medical infusion pumps per yearAbstractMedical infusion pumps improve the safety and accuracy of infusion and reducethe intensity of nursing work,and play a great role in medical treatment.As animportant part of the medical infusion pump,the battery plays a crucial role.Atpresent,the commonly used batteries are mainly lead-acid batteries and nickel-metalhydride batteries,but the lead-acid batteries have the problems of large weight andvolume and large pollution.The nickel-metal hydride batteries have the problems ofpoor high temperature performance and serious self-discharge,and both There is aproblem of short use time.Therefore,the lithium ion battery with the bestcomprehensive performance and stronger endurance is selected as the medicalinfusion pump battery,which makes the use time of the medical infusion pump longer,and makes the equipment more portable and convenient.Therefore,this paper carries out the process design of the annual output of200,000 sets of lithium batteries for medical infusion pumps.In the design process,the current green production concept is maintained,the battery production process isdetermined,the design plan is selected,the process calculation is completed,theperformance test is set,and the Equipment selection and cost accounting,determinethe three waste treatment,draw the layout of the workshop,and finally design acomplete production line.Keywords:medical infusion pump;Li-ion battery;process design
