北京理工大学珠海学院2016届本科生毕业论文100000 tons of Spirulina brewery factory designAbstractAlong with economic development,improving the standard of living,more and morepeople put forward higher requirements for health wine,but there are only a few kinds ofhealth care wine in existence.It is important that health care wine production.The annualoutput of 100,000 tons of spirulina brewery design,document design content includingmainly the production manufacturing plan,the calculation method of materials,the choice ofequipment,the choice of plant address,and so on.At the same time,the design method willchoose to use two fermenting tanks for reasonable brewing.Moreover,diatomite is used toimprove the filtration speed of beer,and improve the purification effect.In addition,thefiltrate was added with spirulina extract,not only clarify the color,but also provide betterflavor.According to the needs of this design,using CAD to draw out the relevant processflow chart,workshop layout and factory general plan.The design process must meet thetechnical requirements,the relevant national standards,the actual needs of consumers,theenergy savings and consumption is also as reasonable as possible calculation,and strive todesign a reasonable brewery.Key words:Spirulina beer;saccharification;fermentation;factory design3
