Annual output of 120000 tons of acrylonitrile recycling sectionprocess designAbstractAcrylonitrile,colorless,is a kind of liquid with pungent smell,which is easy to burn.When its water vapor contacts with air,it will form flammable and explosive mixture,andwhen encountering high temperature or open fire,it will release toxic gas.At the same time,itis also the basis and necessary raw material of three major synthetic materials -syntheticrubber,synthetic fiber and plastic.This paper mainly studies the preliminary process design of the 120000 ton /aacrylonitrile recovery section.First of all,this paper discusses the current situation andsignificance of the research,domestic and foreign development status,production purposeand production methods.According to the data obtained,the main production unit is todetermine the extraction distillation tower with water as the solvent,and the productionpurpose is to separate acrylonitrile and acetonitrile.The key point of this paper is to elaborate the recovery section of acrylonitrile,and todemonstrate the principle and process of the recovery process of acrylonitrile.The calculationof material balance,heat balance and equipment are emphasized,and the equipment selectionis carried out according to the final results.Finally,the "three wastes treatment"is explainedand the process flow chart with control points and shop CAD chart are drawn.Key words:Acrylonitrile:Acetonitrile:Extractive Distillation:Recycling Process
