北京理工大学珠海学院16级应用化学专业课程设计Production and design of film solar cells for 10 million Shared bicyclesannuallyAbstractIn today's society,with the gradual deterioration of ecological environment and thegradual decline of fossil energy,it is more urgent to find new alternative energy.Solar energy,as a new type of clean energy,will be one of the main energy sources in the future.Althoughthe solar cell is still dominated by silicon at present,CIGS thin film solar energy has thecharacteristics of strong light absorption capacity,small temperature coefficient,lowproduction cost,short energy recovery cycle and high power generation stability,which hasbecome a research hotspot for the development of solar cells in the future.But because ofCIGS thin-film solar cells is also big,the conversion efficiency of investment in fixed assetsis relatively low,impact resistant performance is poorer,shortcomings and so on at presenttechnology is not mature,so this article adopted the soda-lime glass as substrate,improve theshock resistance capacity of a battery,CIGS thin film used steam were prepared,is currentlythe preparation methods of CIGS thin film the highest conversion efficiency.Also in thispaper,based on the characteristics of each layer membrane CIGS thin film solar cells haschosen the suitable technological process,preparation method,and according to therequirements of the design production capacity of production line to choose the appropriateequipment,hydropower energy calculated according to the equipment factory,calculate theone-year consumed materials for battery factory price calculated the cost of each piece of thebattery and battery making to deal with the process flow of waste liquid and waste residue,waste gas,also according to process flow and process characteristics of the plant how todecorate it.Key words:CIGS film;Magnetron sputtering;Mo metal;Soda lime glass
