Design of a dry red wine factory with an annual output of 2000tonsAbstractIn this paper,the production of dry red wine as the research object,to do a set of 2000tons per year dry red wine factory design,mainly for the production process,material balance,equipment selection,plant location and drawing production flow chart and equipment designchart to describe.This design focuses on the study of the most suitable dry red wineproduction conditions and technological process,and then designs a dry red wine factory withshort fermentation time and low cost,which will be applied to the large-scale production ofthe factory in the future.Keywords:dry red wine;factory design;fermentation;technological process2
