北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Process Design of 450 t/a Tributyl AcetylcitrateAbstractThis design is based on citric acid,n-butanase,acetic anhydride as raw materials,concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst,450 tons of non-toxic plasticizer acetyl tributylcitrate process design.In this paper,the properties and application of tributylacetylcitrate are introduced,and its application prospect is prospected.The latestresearch progress of esterification and acetylation catalysts in tributyl acetylcitrate iscompared comprehensively.After considering the factors such as product yield andprocess maturity,it is determined to synthesize tributyl acetylcitrate with concentratedsulfuric acid as catalyst.According to the process operation unit,the material balance is carried out foreach operation unit to determine the consumption of raw materials and productgeneration of each unit.The energy balance of heat exchanger in the process is carriedout,and the heat exchange area,cooling water,heating steam consumption of eachheat exchanger are calculated.Combined with material balance,energy balance and process conditions,theequipment needed for the process was selected,and the diameter and height of mainequipment,such as esterification reactor,dealcoholization tower,acylation reactor anddeacidification tower,were calculated.In consideration of the physical properties of materials,temperature,pressureand other factors in the operation of the equipment,the instrument and pump areselected,and the process flow diagram with control points is drawn based on thecomprehensive appeal process calculation.Considering the convenience of operation and transportation,and making fulluse of the workshop space,the process equipment layout plan is drawn.In consideration of the pollution and safety of materials,necessary safetymeasures and pollutant treatment system are designed,so that the pollutants are notdirectly discharged into the environment and the harm to the environment is greatlyreduced.
