北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Cyclohexanone production process design with annual output of100,000tonsAbstractCyclohexanone is an important chemical raw material and industrial solvent,widely usedin coatings,fibers,pesticides,printing,rubber and organic solvents.This design summarizesthe research progress,market situation and development status of downstream industries ofcyclohexanone at home and abroad.The technical methods of cyclohexanone were comparedin various aspects,and finally the cyclohexanone hydrated production process was selected.This design uses cyclohexene as the raw material and divides the process into threestages.The first stage is the refining of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanol by the cyclohexenehydration;the second stage is the cyclohexanone produced by the cyclohexanoldehydrogenation method.And the purification of cyclohexanone products;the third is therecovery section,because the cyclohexene conversion rate is low in one pass,the cyclohexenesolution needs to be recovered for recycling.Among them,the cyclohexene hydration processuses a modified HZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst,and the cyclohexanol dehydrogenationprocess uses a copper-silicon catalyst.In the design process,the material balance and heat balance of the main section werecarried out,a series of process calculations were carried out on the cyclohexanonerectification tower,and suitable auxiliary equipment was selected.Environmental protectionand other content.Finally,the PFD diagram,PID diagram,main equipment layout and mainequipment structure diagram of the process were drawn,and the process was preliminarilydetermined.Keywords:Cyclohexene hydration;Cyclohexanol dehydrogenation;Cyclohexanone;Distillation;Process calculation
