Production process design of environmental EPDM mats with annualoutput of 30,000 tonsAbstractIn this design,the production process is designed with an annual output of 30,000 tons ofenvironmentally friendly EPDM floor mats.After analyzing the polymerization method andeconomic cost of the main raw material EPDM,according to the actual situation,I choose touse the solution polymerization process to continuously produce EPDM with ENB as the thirdmonomer.Then using EPDM as the main raw materials to prepare environmentally friendlyEPDM rubber mats.On the basis of the existing formulations,the environmental performanceof the floor mat is higher and better by replacing the added additives.After consulting theinformation,the environmentally friendly additives used in the production formula of EPDMfloor mats are selected and various assistance Proportion of dosage.The selected additivessuch as the comprehensive accelerator EG-75 ensure the environmental protection and safetyof the product,and replace the harmful plasticizers such as DOP and play the same role.Secondly,EG-75 has a longer scorch period and a more stable vulcanization time during thevulcanization process,and the vulcanization effect is more stable.And the products producedhave no obvious pungent odor,and can be used in a closed room.The addition of aluminumhydroxide can improve the flame retardancy of the floor mat.At the same time,the addedchlorinated paraffin 70 also has good flame retardancy and durability.Weather resistance ofEPDM floor mats.After giving the formula raw materials,process conditions,polymerization methods andprocessing methods in the production process,the main equipment was calculated,the typeand specifications of the main equipment were determined according to the calculation results,and drawn according to the designed process route Process flow chart with control points.Keywords:EPDM rubber:EPDM rubber floor matenvironmental protectionproduction process
