Catalytic Effect of sensitizer concentration on Luminescent Properties of CeMn co-doped La-Al-Si glassAbstract:White LED is a new generation of solid-state lighting source.In this paper,theinfluence of Ce-Mn co-doped La2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 system on white light emission is discussed.Using lanthanum oxide,aluminum nitrate,tetraethyl orthosilicate,cerium oxide,manganeseoxalate and silicon nitride as raw materials,the glass matrix of La2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 was preparedby sol-gel method.The luminescence properties of the glass samples were adjusted by changingthe doping ratio of xCe3/yMn2+ions (x=0.1,0.2,0.5,0.7%mol,y=1,2,4mol%)after thecalcination of muffle furnace at 500 and 2h.The possible energy transfer of CE ion as sensitizerin Mn ion content and the influence of different concentration of sensitizer on the luminescentproperties of glass are discussed.The luminescent properties of the spectrophotometer,fluorescence spectrometer and CIE were used to study the luminescent properties of the systemKeywords:Luminous glass;Cerium manganese double doping;Sensitizer;PhotoluminescenceClassification:TQ171
