2020届北京理工大学珠海学院本科生毕业设计Production process design of PVF with an annual output of 20000 tonsAbstractPolyvinyl fluoride (PVF)is a thermoplastic resin,the English name is poly (vinylfluoride).It was developed in late China and its output is relatively small.Currently it ismainly used to manufacture films and coatings.This design is based on the specific technicaldesign project of the PVF resin composite workshop of Zhejiang Materials Co.,Ltd.Thisdesign uses an improved suspension polymerization method to directly synthesize polyvinylfluoride,and uses a batch reaction method to separate the product by secondary distillation toobtain a high-quality product.The method has some mild operating conditions,relatively highyield and relatively mature method,so it is an ideal production method.The design mainlyincludes product introduction,project background,design criteria,process production plan,process design,balance between materials and energy,layout and planning of importantfacilities,workplace layout design,environmental protection,safety design and three kinds ofwaste.Designs such as machining also include project-related design drawings,such asprocess flow diagrams and plant equipment layouts.Keywords:PVF;industrial production;process design;
