两面针的贮藏技术研究

广西科技大学鹿山学院本科生毕业设计〔论文)AbstractBoth sides of the needle for Rutaceae Zanthoxylum,mainly distributed in China's Fujian,Guangdong,Guangxi,Yunnan and other places,is a kind of common folk medicinal plants,root,root bark and stem bark used for treating rheumatic joint pain,dental disease,stomachpain,sore throat,snake bite disease.Modern research has proved that it has anti-tumor,analgesic and other effects.But in order to maximize the medicinal value of Zanthoxylumnitidum,we need to preserve it well,and what storage conditions can ensure that its activecomponents can be maximally preserved,which is the urgent problem to be solved in thispaper.This paper points out that in the basis of preparation method and determination ofnitidine chloride,polysaccharides and total flavonoids,on both sides of the needle samplesbefore and after drying important changes were analyzed,found that after drying samplesincreased by less than the sample weight without drying,total ash,the headquarters of nitidinechloride,flavonoids,polysaccharides of the four in the packaging material under differentcontent will change,and the change of sealing under vacuum packaging is not small,butchanges in low temperature environment than the change of room temperature should besmall,this is because the sealed vacuum packaging will isolate alive oxygen and moisture inthe air,I hope this study can be stored both sides of the needle to provide reference.Key words:two sided needles;storage technology;;chlorinoflavin;total flavone;polysaccharide2
