北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Factory design of formaldehyde production by methanol oxidationABSTRACTBoth the process and catalyst of iron molybdenum process in our country dependon the introduction from abroad,which seriously restricts its application in our country.The output of the existing fommaldehyde production plant is low,which accounts for avery low proportion of the total production capacity.Therefore,it is urgent to developadvanced iron molybdenum process technology and catalyst in China.After consultingthe relevant literature,it is clearly understood that the preparation of formaldehyde byiron molybdenum method is the intemational trend,so this design chooses the ironmolybdenum method to prepare formaldehyde is a understanding of this method andhopes to optimize its process.In the process of completion,Aspen Plus simulation isused to optimize the technological process,which makes the process more reasonableand suitable for the factory.The process calculation and selection of non-standardequipment of reactor,absorption tower and heat exchanger are completed,and thedesign and selection of standard equipment are also carried out,and the CAD drawing iscompleted,including material flow chart,process flow chart with control points,non-standard equipment chart,workshop layout chart and workshop drawing.After costaccounting,the rationality and feasibility of the economic design scheme are ensured.The scheme of "three wastes"treatment is designed,so that the design project can meetthe environmental protection technical requirements of industrial enterprises.Keywords:methanol,oxidation,Technology catalytic by iron molybdenum,formaldehyde,industrial wastes control
