本科毕业论文(设计)Abstract:ObjectAmmoniumformateisusedindrugsynthesisasahydrogendonoroftrans ferhydrogenation(mainlycatalytictransferhydrogenation).Itisalsowidelyusedinthesynthesisofaminesandnitrogen-containingheterocycles,reductionofnitrogen-containingfunctionalgroups,dearylhalogenation,deprotectiongroupsandregioselectivesynthesisofterminalole fins.Inthefieldoforganicsynthesis,thedevelopmentofhigh-efficiencyreducerswithhighselectivityandmildconditionshasalwaysbeenthegoaloforganicchemists,especiallywhentherearemanyreduciblegroupsinthemolecule,itismorepracticaltoselectivelyreducesomeofthem.Ammoniumformateisusedastheselectivereductorofcatalytictrans ferhydrogenation,Inrecentyears,ammoniumformatehasbeenwidelyusedinsynthesis.Thispaperintroducesthebasicpropertiesofammoniumformateanditsapplicationashydrogendonorintransferhydrogenationanddrugsynthesis.Key Words:ammoniumformate;catalytictrans ferhydrogenation;reductant第Ⅱ页
