四川工商学院本科毕业论文（设计）Design and implementation of automatic chemical solutionproportioning detection and control deviceAbstract with the development of economy and the progress of society,thecontinuous upgrading of various industrial automation,the quality requirementsof workers are also gradually improved.Among them,there are various automaticprocessing systems in the first line of production,among which a variety of rawmaterials are mixed in processing,which is the most common one.At the beginningof process processing,many kinds of raw materials are processed under theappropriate time and conditions to obtain products,which are always carried outunder human monitoring or operation.Later,the relay system is used toautomatically operate the sequence or logic operation process.However,with thedevelopment of the times,these methods can no longer meet the actual needs ofindustrial production.More accurate and convenient control devices are needed inactual production.The title of my design is "the design and implementation of automatic chemicalsolution proportioning detection and control device".The main contents of thisdesign include:this topic uses PLC,liquid level sensor,heater,temperature relay,motor,etc.,to realize the proportion control and mixing of chemical solution;after many modifications and debugging,the final realization of the subjectrequirements.Keywords:automatic control;PLC;proportioning and mixing2
