Production process design of high efficiency dye-sensitized thin filmsolar cellAbstractDue to the pollution of fossil energy and the intensification of energy crisis,thedevelopment and utilization of renewable new energy has reached a consensus in theworld.Dye-sensitized solar cells are widely concerned because of their highefficiency,environmental protection,light weight,simple preparation process and lowcost.However,the photoelectric conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells isdifficult to be improved due to the problems such as the compounding of electron holepairs on the photoanode,the easy leakage of electrolytes and the difficulty inencapsulating,and the high price and easy corrosion of platinum electrode pairs.Therefore,TiOz two-layer nanoparticle film after dye sensitization was used asthe photoanode in this paper.The two-layer nanoparticle film effectively sloweddown the recombination rate of electron hole pairs.CooSs/Ni9Ss@C-N film is theopposite electrode.The addition of element N can effectively improve theconductivity and electrocatalytic activity of carbon materials.The electrocatalyticbehavior of CogSs is very similar to that of metal Pt.In order to solve the problem thatliquid electrolyte is easy to leak and difficult to encapsulate,PVAc gel agent is addedinto conventional electrolyte to form gel electrolyte as electrolyte.The batterydesigned is environmentally friendly,with long life and high photoelectric conversionefficiency,which conforms to the design theme.Then,by selecting appropriateequipment and materials,a workshop with an annual output of 6 milliondye-sensitized solar cells was designed,and the layout of the workshop was drawnwith Auto CAD.Through the calculation of material,manpower,equipment and otheraspects of the cost,in order to better industrial mass production as a reference.Keywords:Dye-sensitized solar cell;Light anode;The electrode;The electrolyte
