贝伐珠单抗原液生产车间工艺设计

北京理工大学珠海学院2016届本科生毕业设计AbstractBevacizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelialgrowth factor.It is widely used in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer,advanced andmetastatic lung cancer and other tumors.Nowadays,bevacizumab will become an importantanti-tumor angiogenic drug due to the continuous in-depth research on bevacizumab and moreindications,and its protein drug will need large-scale industrial production to meet the marketdemand.In this paper,the production process of bevacizumab was reviewed,and the CHOcells were fermented and cultured with batch feeding method,and the production workshop ofbevacizumab was designed.This design mainly for fermentation and purification workshopdesign,including material balance,heat balance,plant design and equipment selection.Keywords:bevacizumab:production process:material balance:plant design
