口腔癌发病的相关因素及其分子生物学机制研究进展

AbstractOral cancer is the most common malignancy of the head and neck (excludingnonmelanoma skin cancer),and in different age,different areas of the crowd have certaindifference.With the improvement of people's living standard ,more and more peoplebegin to pay attention to the problems of oral diseases.However ,theoccurrence ,development,invasion and matastasis of oral cancer is a complex biologicalprocess in which multi-gene are involved in expression and multistep reactions ,it isclosely related to dringking smoking,virus infection,and poor diet.So this paper willsummarize the recent advances on the risk factors such as age and sex,racialdifference ,poor dietary habit,related microbiology and molecular biological mechanismof oral cancer.Key words:Oral cancer;Risk factors;Microbiology;Mechanism
