The method and appl ication of recitingpoems and composing pairs based onNeural NetworkabstractSince ancient times,the Chinese nation has the traditional customof reciting poems and composing right every year,which is the traditionalculture of China.When reciting poems,we should pay attention to thecoordination of the level and the tone,the alignment should be neat,andthe recitation should have a strong aesthetic feeling,which is loved bymany people.How to use machine language to realize this special languageform has been widely concerned.Therefore,this paper is the technologyof natural language processing.On the basis of RNN,the research andapplication of "reciting poems and making pairs"is carried out,and amodel of generating target sequences according to specified sequences isdesigned and implemented.Therefore,according to the actual needs is asequence of automatic generation work.The output sequence is generatedby the given input sequence.In this case,a coding and decoding modelis proposed.Encoding is to represent the text with vectors of equal lengthaccording to the actual situation.Decoding is to transform the encodedsequence again.In this paper,two-way recurrent neural network is usedto code,and recurrent neural network is used to decode.In the word vectorprocessing,the context relationship should also be taken into account,and the word correlation of the corresponding position of the upper andlower links should be considered.Therefore,attention mechanism is usedto complete this rule in the decoding stage.At the same time,in orderto prevent the neural network from over fitting,the dropout mechanismis added in the experimental process to improve the effect of model
