2型糖尿病患者自我护理行为的现状调查缪碧茹Analysis of the Current Situation on self-care behavioramong 2 type diabetes patients[Abstract]:Objective To investigate the status of self-care behavior of patients withT2DM and to analyze the related factors affecting self-care behavior of patients.Methods A total of 98 patients with type 2 diabetes who were being treated in theDepartment of endocrinology of a third-class hospital in Guangzhou were randomlyselected through convenient sampling.Results The self-management behavior of 98patients with Type 2 diabetes Mellitus was middle level (71.52%).The highestaverage score of self-care behavior was medicine taking(87.67%),and the lowest wasfoot care(62.20%).Gender,age,duration of illness,duration of illness and so on allinfluence self-management behavior,the difference was significant(p<0.001)Conclusion The self-management behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes is in themiddle level,which is still not ideal and needs further improvement.Compliance withmedication was the best and foot care the worst.Gender,age,duration of illness,thesituation of blood sugar control and so on are important influencing factors.Publichealth worker should intervene the self-care behavior of patient according to thepatient's their specific and concrete situation,to improves the patient's self-carebehavior.[Keywords]:Type2 diabetes;self-care Behavior;influencing factors
