基于PLC的温室控制系统设计

AbstractGreenhouse is one of the essential plant cultivation and production facilities,can beused to change the environment for the growth of plants,avoid outside the four seasonschange the bad weather and the adverse effects on crop growth and for plant growth andcreate good conditions for appropriate.With the development of agricultural modernization,the Facilities Horticulture project has become more and more concerned with the widerange of subjects,high technology content,and people's life.This also for the developmentof Chinese large-scale modernized greenhouse provides an excellent opportunity and havea huge role.This paper introduces a kind of greenhouse control system based on PLC(Programmable Logic Controller),which realizes the real-time monitoring and adjustmentof the indoor environment variables,which greatly reduces the labor intensity andimproves the quality and yield of the crops.Its main contents include:1)The flowers greenhouse control system design.2)Electrical control circuit design.3)Electrical control system design based on PLC.4)Using the software of Siemens PLC programming to design program.5)Using the software of WinCC flexible to design HMI configuration.6)The system debugging and testing.Key words:Greenhouse;PLC;WinCC flexible;HMI
