Scanning pickup manipulator based on PLCAbstractWith the progress of society,the development of industrial automation isparticularly noticeable.The emergence of various mechanical automationequipment has gradually replaced the traditional manual production.Theemergence of automation pipeline not only greatly improves the efficiency ofwork,but also makes many processes with hidden safety hazards in manualoperation replaced by mechanical equipment,which makes modern industry morehumane.Manipulator plays a very important role in modern automation.It can notonly work continuously in high temperature,corrosive,toxic and other harshenvironments.It also has high precision of grasping,transferring,rotatingand releasing.The motion of the manipulator is controlled by a precise controlsystem.From the early relay control system to today's PLC control system,theupdate of manipulator technology is the development and improvement of controlsystem.In this topic,we choose Mitsubishi's FX series PLC to realize the graspingand transmission of electric tool motor and the stamping action of parts.Theelectrical equipment includes PLC,touch screen,sensor,DC power supply andother components.Through the programming of the programmable controller,wehave completed the corresponding actions and realized the control function.Key Words:manipulator;PLC;control;design父
