基于plc的三层电梯控制系统

AbstractWith the rapid development of our national economy,the degree ofmodernization is increasing day by day.There are more high-rise buildingsand more elevators.The current situation of elevator products in Chinahas also improved the material and cultural life of the people.Thetraditional elevator control in our country is composed of relay andcontactor.It not only has the disadvantage of poor reliability,Y,highcost,high failure rate,but also brings great inconvenience tomanufacture and installation with the increase of building floors.If PLCcontrol is used to solve the above problems,shortcomings (plural nounof shortcoming).Firstly,the characteristics of elevator relay control and PLCcontrol are introduced respectively,highlighting the shortcomings ofrelay elevator control system and the advantages of PLC.Secondly,thedevelopment of elevator technology and equipment is summarized on thebasis of consulting a large number of relevant literatures at home andabroad.Then the selection principle of PLC and the design idea of PLCcontrol system are introduced.On this basis,the elevator system PLCsoftware is developed according to the working state of elevator systemitself.This paper briefly describes the characteristics of softwaredevelopment,and designs a PL which can realize certain functionsaccording to the control law of PLC itself.C elevator control system.This design takes PLC as a tool to control all kinds of operation ofelevator.First,the hardware part of the three-storey elevator isanalyzed to see what kind of switch,signal and so on.Then,the controlpanel diagram is drawn,the model of PLC is determined according to theI 0 point.Finally,the original design is carried out,the program flowchart is drawn,the ladder diagram.R diagram is compiled,and then thesimulation is carried out on the computer.KEY WORDS:PLC elevator control system
