云南省农村居民消费结构问题及对策分析

摘要目前，云南省农村居民的消费水平比之前更高，消费结构有所优化，消费领域也扩宽了很多，但是云南省农村居民仍以生存型为主要消费类型。因此，研究消费结构有助于我们了解云南省农村居民的消费行为、居民的消费趋势以及了解云南省农村地区部分产业结构，提高云南省农村居民的经济水平，促进云南省农村的经济发展。本文旨在对云南省农村居民消费结构问题进行深入剖析，并提出相应的对策。主要通过文献检索的方式，查阅了大量关于云南省农村居民消费结构的数据。得出结论，云南省农村居民消费结构存在恩格尔系数依然较高、层次较低、对教育和医疗等发展性消费投入增加缓慢，服务型消费占比低等问题。针对这些问题，本文提出了从保障基本收益、拓宽收入来源、扩大工资性收入等三个方面提高农民收入水平：从端正农民价值倾向和加强教育水平两方面来倡导新型文明消费观：从完善基础设施、物流体系、加强市场监管三个方面来改善农村消费环境：以及建立健全农村社会保障制度等对策。通过实施这些对策，有望改善云南省农村居民的消费结构，提高其生活质量，促进农村经济的可持续发展。关键词：云南省：农村居民：消费结构：优化措施ABSTRACTAt present,the consumption level of rural residents in Yunnan Province is higherthan before,the consumption structure has been optimized,and the consumption fieldhas been expanded a lot,but the rural residents in Yunnan Province still take the subsistence type as the main consumption type.Therefore,the study of consumption structure is helpful for us to understand the consumption behavior and consumption trend ofrural residents in Yunnan Province,understand some industrial structures in rural areas of Yunnan Province,improve the economic level of rural residents in Yunnan Province,and promote the economic development of rural areas in Yunnan Province.This paper aims to deeply analyze the consumption structure of rural residents inYunnan Province and put forward corresponding countermeasures.A large number ofdata about the consumption structure of rural residents in Yunnan Province are consulted mainly through literature search.It is concluded that the consumption structure of rural residents in Yunnan Province has some problems,such as high Engel coefficient,low level,slow increase in development consumption input such as education and medical care,and low proportion of service consumption.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward three aspects to improve farmers'income level:guaranteeing basic income,expanding income source and expanding wage income.The new civilized consumption concept should be advocated from the two aspects of correcting farmers'value tendency and strengthening education level.The rural consumption environment should be improved from three aspects:perfecting infrastructure,logistics system and strengthening market supervision.And establish and improve the rural social security system and other countermeasures.Through the implementation of these measures,it is expected to improve the consumption structure of rural residents in Yunnan Province,improve their quality of life,and promote the sustainable development of rural economy.Key words Yunnan province;rural residents;consumption;structure;optimizationmeasures目录第1章绪论.……11.1研究背景.………1.2研究意义……1第2章云南省农村居民消费结构现状分析.。12.1云南省农村居民消费结构整体现状分析......··22云南省农村居民消费结构各项现状分析…32.2.1食品支出占比成稳步下降趋势，但仍较高..........32.2.2衣着支出占比有所下降.....…32.2.3居住支出占比相对较大，基本稳定不变......42.2.4家庭设备用品及服务支出占比稳步上升.…42.2.5交通通讯迅速增长....….…...…42.2.6医疗保健支出上升，但幅度较小.…42.2.7文化教育，娱乐支出增速加快，但比重仍然偏小.…52.2.8其他商品服务占比很低..................5第3章云南省农村居民消费结构存在的问题..…53.1恩格尔系数依然较高....53.2消费结构的层次较低....….53.3发展型消费升级不明显...。…73.4服务型消费占比低...............7第4章云南省农
