广东东软学院本科毕业设计〔论文)AbstractThe "Yonghui supermarket"platform is a fresh e-commerce platformfor online and offline consumption of users.It is committed to providingconsumers with better services,healthy food and affordable goods,andimproving consumer experience.Through high-quality and efficientoperation,it has successfully occupied the online and offline freshe-commerce market.Based on the analysis of the new retail,fresh operationmode and other related concepts,this paper takes Yonghui supermarket as anexample to study the development and Countermeasures of freshsupermarket operation mode under the background of new retail,andanalyzes the competition of Yonghui supermarket industry through Porter'sfive forces model.Further analysis and interpretation of the developmentstatus of the new retail platform,put forward the new retail environmentfresh supermarket operation improvement countermeasures and futuredevelopment direction,specifically through the integration of Internet bigdata and flexible production of products to improve the business operationeffect.In the future,fresh supermarket will not only rely on modern logisticstechnology to achieve the most efficient delivery to consumers,but also relyon data support to develop personalized demand services for differentaudiences.So as to provide some reference for the later study of relatedsubjects.Key words:New retail Operation mode Yonghui supermarket Porter'sfive force model Big Data
