本科论文AbstractWith the economic development of today's society,as an important means offinancial management,responsibility cost management has become an understandingmethod for construction enterprise operators and investors to understand the pastdevelopment status of construction enterprises and predict future developmenttrends.Responsible cost management is to strengthen engineering project costmanagement,improve engineering project cost management system,strengthen costpreparation,cost decomposition,process control,accounting analysis and assessmentfulfillment,strengthen change design and liquidation claim management,activelyexpand engineering income,and strive to Controlling the engineering cost plays avital role in discussing the problems of analysis of construction enterprises forinsufficient financial analysis.Responsible cost management is the combination ofresponsibility and rights for the internal operation team of the enterprise,and theimplementation of financial labor subcontract contract management form for theexternal labor team,so that the project is effectively controlled at every stage andevery link of the implementation.However,there are still many problems in the costmanagement of current construction companies,and responsible management fails toachieve effective control.This article takes China Construction Second EngineeringBureau Co.,Ltd.as an example.The company has been established for a long time,has a scale,and has a range of business coverage.According to the financial problemsthat may occur in the company's business activities,actively use methods to analyzeand evaluate the financial risks that may occur in the company's business activities,and effective measures to prevent and control,to ensure that the company can operatenormally.It is of great value for the research of responsibility cost management.Italso hopes to improve the operation of cost management methods in the constructionindustry and solve the difficulties in the construction industry,thereby promoting theimprovement of the comprehensive management system of the construction industryand making the construction industry develop better.Key words:Construction companies:Cost management;Construction Project
