本科论文AbstractOn the basis of the current situation of the development of China's real estate industry,this paper analyzes the financing risks and prevention problems caused by the real estateindustry.At present,financial support for real estate development exists in all aspects of realestate development,and the high dependence of real estate development on finance bringspotential real estate financing risks,and under the current economic development situation,the risk factors are more obvious.Therefore,how to effectively prevent the real estatefinancing risks has been urgently placed in front of us.The real estate industry is precisely acapital-intensive industry,so it has become an important condition to promote the healthydevelopment of the real estate industry and effectively solve the financing problems of thereal estate industry as soon as possible.Generally speaking,as an enterprise with high capitaloccupation,real estate project financing is an important link in the development of theindustry.Before financing activities,facing financing risks is inevitable for real estateenterprises.If they cannot repay the principal and interest at maturity,the normal productionand operation of the enterprise will be unsustainable and there is a risk of forced bankruptcyliquidation.This paper takes Xincheng Company as the research object,and analyzes it byusing the concept and theory of financing risk.Firstly,according to the basic situation ofXincheng Company,it analyzes the financing risk of the enterprise from the existingfinancing methods,and obtains the financing risk strategy according to its risk causes.It willanalyze from two aspects of external financing and internal financing.On the basis ofconsulting a large number of documents,it will comprehensively use a variety of evaluationmethods to carry out a combination of hierarchical analysis and fuzzy evaluation methods toestablish a financing risk evaluation system including financing risk management and marketrisk management.It is hoped that reducing the risk of financing will be helpful to XinchengCompany,and on this basis,the Company's ability to resist financing risks will be improved.Key words:Real estate financing;The financing risk;Prevention strategy
