云南白药集团股份有限公司财务管理存在问题及对策研究

本科论文AbstractWith the rapid development of market economy,many enterprises in China can not adapt tothe changing external environment.Many enterprises can not accept the complex and changeableexternal environment,one of the reasons can not be ignored is the financial management system andthe basic management is not perfect,especially the external environment can not make a scientificprediction and judgment.The financial risk of enterprise is an inevitable practical problem whichexists objectively in the financial economic activities of enterprises.In the management ofenterprise finance activities,it is not realistic to completely eliminate financial risks and its directimpact.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the risk assessment of enterprise financeand the formulation of preventive measures.This paper analyzes the problems and reasons of thefinancial management of Yunnan White Pharmaceutical Group,and hopes to make a prior analysisand prediction of the financial risks of the pharmaceutical industry in the light of the developmentof the pharmaceutical industry at home and abroad,and put forward prevention and controlmeasures for the financial risks of enterprises.Key words:Yunnan Baiyao;financial risk;operational risk
