本科论文AbstractChina's economy is developing rapidly,and the competition among enterprises is veryfierce.Enterprise managers and managers not only pay attention to product quality,priceadvantage,market development and other aspects,but also pay more and more attention toenterprise financial management.Therefore,it studies the problems existing in the financialmanagement of enterprises and proposes effective solutions to improve the strength ofenterprises.The research object of this paper is xinjiang tianrun dairy co.,LTD.,which is based onthe conceptual theories of financial management.It can be seen from the relevant domesticand foreign literature that xinjiang tianrun dairy co.,Itd.has encountered many problems inthe process of financial management.There are shortage of funds and financing abilitydifference,accounting is not clear,cannot reflect the real operation condition,cost control isweak,reduce profit margins and the investment decision-making is not science theseproblems,and gives a detailed analysis about these problems,found there is a marketcompetition is intense,the internal control is weak,unreasonable organization structure,costmanagement problems clear and lack of cash flow management concept of these cases,Somesolutions to these problems were also proposed,such as improving financing managementcapacity and expanding sources of funds,improving internal governance institutions andinternal control systems,strengthening cost accounting and slowing down investment in otherassets.However,it can solve the actual problems of the enterprise,explore the enterprise inthe construction,practice,feedback combined,I hope this article for the relevant enterprisesof the enterprise financial management problem construction has some reference significance.
