improved.The level of opening to the outside world is increasing,the marketenvironment of the enterprise is more complex.The change of the enterprise itself andthe external financial environment affects the sustainable development of theenterprise.Under the environment of the new economy,many traditional industriescontinue to decline,especially the coal industry facing many risks,the financial risk isthe concentration of many risks.Therefore,the primary task of the enterprise is tostrengthen the financial risk management,to identify and measure the financial riskthrough the financial data in time,and to take reasonable measures to minimize thepossible loss of financial risk.The Uroica Precision Information Engineering Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as theUroica Company)is mainly engaged in the production of coal mine safety equipment.It is at present an important strategic opportunity period of "product upgrading andindustrial transformation".Based on the related theory of financial risk management,this paper selects the company as the research object,using case anal is,fieldinvestigation and comparative research,starting from the company general situationand the main methods of financial management,to get the present situation offinancial risk management.Then,select the 150 special equipment manufacturingindustry in China from 2012 to 2016.The financial index data of the company and thecompanies are identified and measured around the financial risks of the four aspectsof financing,investment,capital recovery and income distribution.Through the study,it is concluded that the overall financial situation of the companyin the past 5 years is relatively stable,but there are obvious financial risks before andafter the transition period.This is mainly manifested in the risk of capital recovery,the simplex financing channels and investment wa尤洛卡,and the imperfect financialrisk management stem.Finally,in view of the financial risk managementproblems of the company,we put forward the countermeasures and suggestions fromfive aspects,including raising the level of financing decision-making ability,improving the process of investment risk prevention and control,improving theefficiency of the company's capital recovery,improving the early work of the incomedistribution,and formulating the long-term strategy of the enterprise transformationand upgrading.It is hoped that this study can provide references for traditionalindustries,especially in the field of coal safety,financial risk management andenterprise transformation and development.KEY WORDS:Financial risk;Financial risk management;Strategic transformationTYPE OF THESIS:Case Anal尤洛卡is
